1. Membership Overview

• The Power Portal is a monthly subscription membership designed to provide exclusive teachings, transmissions, and resources on advanced manifestation and frequency mastery.

• By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment and Subscription​

• The membership fee is £97 per month, charged automatically to your chosen payment method. This is with the exception of those persons eligible for the Alumni Rate of £33 per month or the Founders Rate of £55 per month.

• Members who access the Alumni or Founders rates will retain their discounted rate as long as their membership remains active. Should the membership be canceled, access to the discounted rate will be permanently forfeited, and rejoining will require payment at the standard rate of £97 per month.

• Your subscription will renew monthly unless canceled.

• All payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date.

• Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all content within the Power Portal, including community access.

4. Content and Access

• Membership content will vary month to month due to the channeled nature of The Power Portal. Some months may include more offerings than others, and spontaneous live transmissions may be dropped at short notice. All live transmissions will have replays available for members who cannot attend live.

• Live sessions are intended for delivering transmissions in their most potent form. While questions may be submitted, there is no guarantee that questions will be answered during live sessions.

• The membership includes deep dives into Superconscious Manifestation necessary for foundational competency, including some short burst deep dives into specific topics. However, longer-form programs with specific focus areas are not included in this membership. These will be made available through the Omnipotent Mastermind, which is a separate membership.

• The community space is intended for announcements and member connections only and will be managed by a Virtual Assistant (VA). No questions for the host will be answered within the community directly, though suggestions for monthly content focus areas are welcome.

• Members are prohibited from misusing the community, including but not limited to promoting their own paid services without prior written consent from Leanne Rose. The Power Portal reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund if these terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content within The Power Portal is the intellectual property of Leanne Rose Limited.

• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

• The membership provides spiritual and personal development content. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

• Participation in The Power Portal does not replace professional advice, including financial, legal, or medical guidance.

7. Membership Modifications

• The Power Portal reserves the right to modify the structure, content, or pricing of the membership at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal information will be kept secure and used solely for the purposes of managing your membership and delivering content.

9. Agreement

• By subscribing to The Power Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
